Blackie Ko is framed for murder and rape by a corrupt mayor who wants to protect his wayward son, who was the real culprit of the crime. Enter undercover cop Tong Lung, who discovers the truth about the frame up. He, then frees Blackie and together they wage war on the mayor and his army of fighters.

Officers Ying And Keung are asssigned to extradite Blackie, a top fugitive from overseas. But the rogue thief manages to escape, seriously hurting Ying in the process. Undeterred, Ying and Keung vow to capture blackie and brign him to justice once and for all.

A couple vacationing in Morocco with their young son accidentally stumble upon an assassination plot. When the child is kidnapped to ensure their silence, they have to take matters into their own hands to save him.
