Kim Hyun-pil, an orphan, gets caught for picking pockets. At the police station, he causes trouble for the police. Detective Koh, takes sympathy on Hyun-pil's situation and takes him home to raise him as his own. Hyun-pil grows into a fine young man under the Koh's care, and despite resentment and scorn of Koh's son Mook, Hyun-pil is nurtured by love from Yeon-ji, Mook's sister. But even as adults, the discord between Mook and himself forces Hyun-pil to leave their home...

This is a documentary about the origins of the legendary punk rock band Modern Baseball, from their humble beginnings through the making of their third studio album 'Holy Ghost' which released May 13, 2016.

Oh Hye-Sung (Yoon Tae-Young), who excelled at skipping rocks as a child, loved Choi Eom-Ji (Kim Min-Jung). As childhood friends Choi Eom-Ji made Hye-Sung's life warm. Ten years later Oh Hye-Sung has become a baseball player and meets Eom-ji again. She is in a relationship with another childhood friend Ms Dong-Tak (Park Sung-Min). One day, Hye-Sung hides his injury as a pitcher and throws a perfect game. After that performance he disappears. Several years later, Hye-Sung shows up with other baseball players who have sad stories and are thought of as cast-offs. They are known as "Kyong-pyoii Woeinjudan".

After a heartbreaking loss to Vanderbilt in the 2014 College World Series Championship game, Virginia entered the 2015 season with its sights set on making the 1,186-mile trip back to Omaha. But a host of injuries and tough losses had the Cavaliers on the verge of missing the NCAA tournament for the first time since head coach Brian O’Connor took the helm in 2004. A late-season run gave Virginia renewed hope as it relied on the strength of the program’s culture to make one of the sport’s most remarkable turnarounds en route to a CWS Championship finals rematch with Vanderbilt and the ACC’s first College World Series title since 1955.
