Dr. Dolittle: Million Dollar Mutts is a 2009 American comedy film, starring Kyla Pratt and Norm Macdonald. It was released on May 19, 2009 and like its predecessor, Dr. Dolittle: Tail to the Chief, was a direct-to-DVD release. Unlike the previous two films, the story focuses more on Lucky.

A photograph and a song from the Portuguese revolution, unite the three characters forever. This movie revisits them 30 years later and depicts what has become from the "revolution dream".

In 1771 the oppression of Tsarist administration forced the larger part of Kalmyk's approximately 170,000-200,000 people to migrate to Dzungaria. Ubashi Khan, the great-grandson of Ayuka Khan and the last Kalmyk Khan, decided to return his people to their ancestral homeland Dzungaria, and restore the Dzungaria Khanate and Mongolian independence.
