This is the story of a trip between Spain and Latin America with a unique protagonist: the last guitar designed by the genius from Algeciras, which he never had the chance to unveil to the world. From Mallorca, Jerez de la Frontera and Lisbon to the United States and Latin America, this musical instrument has been travelling, keeping alive the magic of its master, Paco de Lucía. "La Maestro" flew from hand to hand; from those of Carlinhos Brown to those of Alejandro Sanz, stopping off at Tomatito’s or those of Muñequitos de Matanzas, delivering anecdotes, nostalgia and a lot of art along the way.

The documentary is a summary of Paco de Lucía's career, his art, his human category and his life, from his first artistic steps to his last professional steps, which have been marked by flamenco. Numerous testimonies and interviews carried out between 2010 and 2014 are exposed.

Flamenco guitar icon Paco de Lucía's Antología features 23 tracks spanning two discs, including "Sólo Quiero Caminar," "Río Ancho," "Zyryab," "Tio Sabas," "Chiquito," and "Entre Dos Aguas." The collection provides a nice balance between modern and traditional flamenco styles.

Retired in the Mexican jungle, Paco de Lucía shows in this program his creative doubts, the reasons for his silence and other secrets of his genius. It is the first time that the 'master' invites a television team to share with him a world tour and allows it to record his daily life in Mexico and his meetings with other artists, like Chick Corea.

In 1979 and 1980, three world renowned guitarists, John Mc Laughlin, Paco De Lucia and Larry Coryell, formed a guitar super-trio and toured Europe. This is the recording of their performance live at Royal Albert Hall.
