After a succesful burglary two thieves make a stupid mistake and take refuge in a hot dog cart. Soon people are coming to buy from them.

He resisted so much that he was released in the blind revolution, along with other political prisoners.

The reservoir, the life-giver and life-taker, connects these four characters who face loss, death, hope, and love. And they are ultimately swept away by unrelenting waves of change.
