There is a distance, emotionally not only physically, between Jimena and her grandmother, Miri. This is a way to try and get closer, to understand, to accept, mixing past and present she tries to find her grandmother, in an attempt to reconnect with something that once existed, but that it no longer does.

DANCING IN THE LIGHT - A RETROSPECTIVE ON EARLY TAIWAN CINEMATOGRAPHY took two years to complete. It is both an homage to the works of the first generation Taiwan cinematographers and a history of Taiwan film and culture, breathlessly spanning World War Ⅱ to 1980. Early Taiwanese cinematographers - whose voices appear on the soundtrack - were at the cutting edge of Taiwanese art, culture and politics. They brought an innovative approach to shooting, totally alien to the Western practices. This is the first time some footage being released from the vaults of the Chinese Taipei Film Archive since their first screenings decades ago. This is also the first film to present a perspective and authoritative portrait of Taiwan's troubled film industry.

The history of Russian poetry contains a tragic episode: the tragic fate of the legendary Marina Tsvetaeva, who returned to the USSR shortly before the start of World War II, then committed suicide in 1941. The fate of her sister, Anastasia - also a poet - is lesser known, despite the fact that she, too, had a life as interesting and nearly as tragic. This video-portrait of Anastasia Tsvetaeva, shot when she was over 90, is a fascinating glimpse into the life of a woman who saw history unfolding. Despite her advanced years, she maintains a bright wit, a charm, and a joie de vivre, evident as she recounts her memories.

During a sweltering summer in Costa Rica in the early 2000s, Laura, a preteen soccer fan, must move to a conservative mountain town where a femicide has just occurred. There she will meet Daniela, 16 years old, the victim's best friend, who will guide her in the new environment: soccer games, motorcycle getaways, baths in the river. Together, they will manage to navigate the adversities of an environment that sexualizes their bodies in the midst of Laura's heat and sexual awakening.

The Light fell on us like the pale night is a short film. The narrative revolves around a family relationship between two young women that return home after their sister’s Agda death. Upon returning to the scene, questions about the family and their relationship come back to create a tension between the sisters and especially in Isis, who believes that can communicate with Agda through the light.
