In the Jinyuan Club, there are five Jinyuan kings, one egg manager, and two senior chefs, one named General Cannon Barrel and the other named Mr. Mosquito. The cannon made fried gold coins for the famous dishes they like to eat, and the mosquitoes prepared plasma wine for them, as well as diamonds and so on. The five kings proposed to eat the stars, and the manager ordered the gun barrel to get more gold dollars and then diamonds, and the mosquitoes to get some plasma, and asked Dr. Muddy to count the number of stars in the sky.

April 5, 1943: a battalion of the Foreign Legion arrives in El Ksour, Tunisia, to escort a fortune in gold bars to the home front. A German ambush awaits, and all but four die. Thanks to the street smarts of Sergeant Augagneur, the Legionnaires successfully counter attack. The bank manager and his seductive wife arrive, and so does a German lieutenant, whom the French arrest. Augagneur wants to steal the gold; warrant officer Mahuzard wants to do his duty. A series of alliances form and break apart, the group dwindles in number, and the gold heads south toward Betahoua. But in whose possession?

To get back his wealth and reputation, young Shoichi (LIN Hoi) decided to make a plan for seeking buried treasure in the Philippines which is made during World War II while his Dad (Japanese military officer) was is charge to ask a Chinese coolie group to bury valuables like golds. He also knows the map is at two escaped guys both own half of it. Shoichi subsequently goes to the Philippines and PRC to get the map but in vain. The Chinese map portion is in the hands of an old guy taken care by young cop WANG Chin (Annie WU Sun-kwan). The old guy is being hurt by Shoichi while WANG started the investigation. Finally they find out the facts that the treasure contains Chinese national treasures. PRC Gov't decided to send WANG Chin and Dr. LI (MOK Siu-chung) to the Philippines to reclaim these treasures which led by a Philippine local guy (CHOW Man-kin). However, the whole treasure process is a nightmare .....
